We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team of 75 dedicated and skilled employees. This position will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities of the organization. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Human Resources as this is a hands-on, department of one position. This individual will be responsible for recruiting and hiring for all levels, conducting leadership training, coordinating training programs for Safety and OSHA, administration of the Len-Tex benefit program, coordinating annual performance reviews, managing workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, and serving as a resource in employee relation issues.
This position is in North Walpole, NH.
