Len-Tex Wallcoverings is the premier manufacturer of eco-friendly and sustainable commercial grade wallcoverings in the US.  Our products adorn the walls of fine hotels, hospitals, and upscale offices globally.

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team of 75 dedicated and skilled employees. This position will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities of the organization.  We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Human Resources as this is a hands-on, department of one position.  This individual will be responsible for recruiting and hiring for all levels, conducting leadership training, coordinating training programs for Safety and OSHA, administration of the Len-Tex benefit program, coordinating annual performance reviews, managing workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, and serving as a resource in employee relation issues.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of State and Federal Employee Laws and Regulations, including Title VII,
  FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and NH protective legislation.
• Proven track record of working effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• A Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• iSolved and TimeForce experience a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources Management position
